0807 只要呼吸
你不需要努力才能听见我的声音，也不需要费力才能感受到我的同在。你无需做任何事。你不需要刻意激发某种情绪，也不需要担心自己是否真的听见了我的声音。你所需要做的，就是相信我与你同在。就是这样，这就是我所要求的一切——无论你看到什么、感受到什么，只要相信。只需放下一切，与我一同存在于此刻。
安静下来，即使你感觉不到我，也要知道我与你同在。我知道怎样触动我所创造的人心。你本就是为了我的爱而被造，是为了认出我的声音而被造，你注定要见我的面。不要勉强自己，靠回我的怀中；我会扶持你，拥抱你；与我一同安息在此刻。我是万物的中心，我是维系万有的真理。我已与你同在，在你生命最深处以我的爱充满并涌流。你不需要做任何事，只要在这里，只要呼吸。
主耶和华，以色列的圣者，如此说：“归回于我，你若归向我，安息在我里面，就必得救；在安静与信靠中，你必变得刚强。”——以赛亚书 30:15
0807 Just breathe.
You don’t have to strive to hear me or feel my presence. You aren’t required to do anything. There’s no need to conjure emotions or worry about whether you’ve heard my voice. All you need to do is believe I’m with you. That’s it. That’s all I require–that you believe despite what you see or feel. Simply let go and exist in this moment with me.
Be still. Know I’m with you even if you don’t feel me. I know how to move the hearts I’ve created. You were made for my love. You were created to know my voice. You are destined to see my face. Don’t force it. Lean back into my arms. I will hold you and embrace you. Rest in this moment with me. I am the center of everything. I am the truth that holds it all together. I am already with you, exploding with love in the very center of your being. You don’t need to do a thing. Just be present. Just breathe.
Lord Yahweh, the Holy One of Israel, says: “Come back to me! By returning and resting in me you will be saved. In quietness and trust you will be made strong.” –ISAIAH 30:15
