0129 我在這裡
你的讚美已經達到我這裡；你的敬拜觸動了我的心。我並沒有從你身邊退縮；我告訴過你，我永不離開你，也不丟棄你。相信我，把你全部的信心與倚靠放在這些話語的真實上，放在我對你那不可動搖的愛之大能上。
我此刻就在你身旁，若你感覺不到我的同在，那只是因為你被這世界的憂慮拉走了。我們一起，就能鬆開那些持續不斷分心之事的控制。只要把每一個念頭交給我，放在我有能力的手中；把它們都放下。我創造你，不是要你在這些重擔之下崩潰。你曾經宣告我的話語和我勝過這些憂慮的能力，你要信靠我會忠心地處理它們。然後，歡喜吧！把懼怕轉化為對我良善的期待。我創造你是為了平安，這就是為什麼焦慮和壓力會讓你如此難受。你禱告過並且歡喜，你要安靜；使你的心安靜下來，並仰望我。那時，你就會知道——我在這裡。

Your praise reaches me. Your worship touches my heart. I haven’t withdrawn myself from you. I told you that I would never leave you or forsake you. Believe me. Place all of your faith and trust in the truth of those words, in the power of my unmovable love for you.
I’m here with you, right now. If you cannot feel my presence, it’s only because you have been pulled away by the cares of this world. Together, we will loosen the grip of those unrelenting distractions. Simply hand each thought over to me and leave it in my capable hands. Let them all go. I didn’t create you to collapse under the weight of them. Once you’ve declared my Word and my power over these cares, trust me to faithfully take care of them. Then rejoice! Turn dread into an expectancy of my goodness. I created you for peace. That’s why anxiety and stress feel so terrible. Once you’ve prayed and rejoiced, be still. Quiet your heart and look to me. Then you will know that I am here.
